Yes. Im prepared to give devs full access to the machine. I still have the GUI for errors turned off but it will still be doing it.
Also I have an issue with last two versions where DVR/Live TV is completely broken -> DVR & Live TV Completely broken in 1.13.8.5395 with WinTV dualHD and probably others
