# Entering the plex code is not working

Im trying to reset my plex on my NVIDIA shield. I enter the 4 digit code, but nothing happens… when i go to the site and log in, it says that i am logged in already. when i click the launch button, it prompts me to log in again. i try logging in again… it says im already logged in, then goes to my libraries, but there is an orange box with a 1 in it by where my username icon is supposed to be… please help
