# EPG errors

Server Version#: 1.18.8.2468  
Player Version#: 1.6.3.1009-57cf57c8  
Tuner Make/Model: HDHR Prime 3  
Guide/Lineup name: Summit Broadband SWFL  
Using XMLTV?: not that I’m aware of  
All of a sudden Channel number/Name: 11, 18, 36, 37, 40, 46, 79, 90 appear in the EPG (but are not playable) even though they are not in the HDHR Prime channel list or the plex DVR channel list. 311 & 336 are enabled in the DVR channel list but do not appear in the EPG. What has happened and how do I correct? I’ve deleted the DVR twice set up from scratch but nothing changes. I have a Plex server running on my Synology using the same Prime 6 tuner and it that guide is fine. See screenshots.
