Server Version#: 1.22.2.4282 (Linux) Player Version#: All Tuner Make/Model: IPTV (tvhProxy/tvHeadend) Guide/Lineup name: HBC (US: 55009) Using XMLTV?: No, pulling from Plex/Gracenote Channel number/Name: Many I noticed something a couple of days ago. My EPG across the lineup seems to be missing a lot of detail. For a lot of shows, it’s only listing name and air time. No episodic description at all. For instance, I’m looking at Channel 182, Food Network, “Diners Drive-ins and Dive”, but no data about what the episode covers. Same for Heroes & Icons,Channel 89, Star Trek at 7:00 PM. Same for the currently airing Baywatch on H&I. This seems to be the majority of channels (at least the ones I/we watch.) What gives? ---

Same problem here; the majority of episodic shows don’t have any description. ---

CRAP CRAP CRAP… I hate it when I do this/that… I’d have sworn that I was getting the same behavior from the web app. Nothing could have been further from the truth. Web app & the production Roku client both show the episode details, the preview Roku client does not display the details… ---

Same issue here when enabling **Enhanced Guide**. Sharing link of an existing post created by someone else regarding this topic in March (though with xTeve), and the troubleshooting I did on my end, along with logs… yet, ignored. Ddid you do any updates recently to PMS or Plex app client? What versions are you running? ---

I update pretty much every week: server is currently 1.22.2.4282. The only clients I use are the built-in web client and the Roku ‘preview channel’. ---

I noticed only some channels now have season and episode numbering, still no posters/cover art. Same PMS version as you and also tried the web client. Sadly not fixed yet. ---

You are correct; it’s better, but not fixed. All of the channels I have enabled have episode details, but around 25% are missing cover art for shows, and a couple are missing channel logos too. ---

Server is now at 1.22.3.4392, and I have channel logos for all channels I have enabled (66). Scrolling through the guide, I have posters for all but one of the shows that are on right now. I have episode details for every show (even the one without a poster). ---
