So the file is named incorrectly, right?

Think you are correct about Sonarr performing the rename incorrectly.

Correct the file name(s) to align with the actual episode.

Then [Plex Dance](https://forums.plex.tv/t/the-plex-dance/197064) any renamed episodes.
