Some context please…
- Is this about media in your personal library, a shared library of a friend or one of Plex‘s online media sources (e.g. their video on demand)?
- On what app are you trying to play the video (platform/version)?
- Any error messages?
- If this is media from your own or a shared server… can you verify they play ok in another Plex client (or outside Plex)?
