# Error 500 for libraries

I got rasplex setup (mostly), and can play tv shows and movies when queued remotely from my phone, or selected through the “on-deck/recently added” menu, but when I try to open either the TV or Movies libraries to browse “all” of them, I get the following error:
`02:04:32 T:1659892704 ERROR: CCurlFile::Open failed with code 500 for https://192-168-1-2.8ea0efb4a51148838efc4868cdf859c5.plex.direct:32400/library/sections/2/all?X-Plex-Container-Size=50&X-Plex-Container-Start=0&X-Plex-Token=SECRETSTUFF`
The ip is accurate, and as I said, I can play movies just fine, so I don’t think it’s an authentication problem. I don’t have the same issue on my phone, computers, or LG Smart TV.
Any help would be immensely appreciated.
