Server Version#: 4.57.4
Server name: Farolito-Plex
Player Version#: Doesn’t matter.

Was running just fine then one morning unable to connect through [app.plex.tv](http://app.plex.tv). After much research and frustration, I deleted Plex and reinstalled. This did nothing to fix it.

I read one post that said to turn off for 24 hours. I did that, still no change.

Checking most recent errors from the log after restarting the server I get:
Jun 04, 2021 20:38:34.973 [4392] ERROR - [CERT] PKCS12\_parse failed: error:23076071:PKCS12 routines:PKCS12\_parse:mac verify failure
Jun 04, 2021 20:38:34.974 [4392] ERROR - [CERT] Found a certificate, but couldn’t install it.
Jun 04, 2021 20:38:35.004 [4392] ERROR - [CERT] PKCS12\_parse failed: error:23076071:PKCS12 routines:PKCS12\_parse:mac verify failure
Jun 04, 2021 20:38:38.991 [4392] ERROR - [CERT] CERT: Error acquiring new certificate: Failed to retrieve cert from [plex.tv](http://plex.tv): 429,

These errors are repeating throughout the log file.
Then these:
Jun 04, 2021 20:38:55.774 [4968] ERROR - [CERT] CERT: Error acquiring new certificate: Failed to upload CSR: 429, \<?xml version="1.0" encoding="UTF-8"?\>

This repeats as well. I’ve gone through several similar posts and can’t find a solution other than someone from Plex reset something.

Log file attached.

This is normal if you’re running as Windows service and have not supplied the `-noninteractive` command line parameter to the “Plex Media Server.exe” call.

OK. I’ve done all this and now it’s working as expected. Crazy stuff but I’m happy now. Thanks Trumpy81.
