# ERROR : An unexpected error occurred while loading the dashboard

Good morning, everyone,

Here I come to you because I have a problem with mn plex server, for a few days I have had an error:

Please check our forums if your problem persists

On all my libraries I tried to delete them to change the rights of my chmod 750 folder on my user, I disabled the ssl to be on also an apt remove purge apt install nothing there I can’t solve the problem have you an idea?

I’ll add the server logs if it can help you.

Hi getting the same issue on my dashboard and also on the TV shows libraries.  
Movie no problem.

If you remove the TV Show libraries from the dashboard it will load. Then add one TV Show library and you will see it on the dashboard until you refresh the page ☹

This is not fun why is this happening?

Hi

I also have the same problem  
Server version: Version 1.16.3.1402 on a Mac

I have managed to get my movies to appear by rescanning the directory and performance was a bit better when I removed the widgets from the home page but I can get tv shows to load and there are performance issues (slowness, iPad app won’t connect etc)
