# Error Cant Play Video On TV

Player Version#:

I seriously dont know what the issue is, ive posted the console logs.i think its something to do with the transcoder.

For those who encountered this issue too i resolved it with upgrading the Intel GPU Tops drivers.

Same issue here.  
Can’t play any file (Nvidia Shield, or Web browser) that has EAC3 audio, since I installed the latest Plex Media Server update.

Synology DS423+, DSM 7.3.

Reinstalling PMS, clearing cache, deleting codec folders, restarting PMS, did not solve the issue.

no problem playing video (H265, H264, AV1), issue is only with EAC3.  
Playing AAC audio is not an issue.
