Error in Playback/Recording

Player Version#: 4.34.3
Tuner Make/Model: HDHomeRun PRIME

2 issues:

  1. While my existing (previously scheduled for some months) recordings are being properly saved, they cannot be played using PLEX via the WEB Player
  2. New recordings (just scheduled yesterday) are recording but not moved from the .grab folder into a directory. They seem to have disappeared.

UPDATE: Apparently the recording is being sent to a <Cache/Sessions/Transcode> folder, and is not being “reassembled”. And “Convert Video” is set to “OFF”.
