# Error: There was an unexpected error loading the dashboard

Since couple of versions ago my local users and Friends can’t see the Dashboard in any client: android, roku, iphone, etc.
The error is: “There was an unexpected error loading the dashboard”
The main user (mine) is the one that still works for some reason.
My Plex Server version is: Version 1.11.1.4760
I’ve searched other threads and done optimize db, empty trash, clear bundles, etc … No difference.
Checking the logs I found this error:

So it seems this query involved in the dashboard is having a syntax error??
Please assist.

A fix will be released soon
The error arises when there are labels / restrictions on a Plex Home Managed User account

@sa2000 Is there any “official” link showing any more detail and maybe an ETA? This is really affecting how all the users use Plex.

There is no more detail. The fix has been written and it is in the pipeline to be released in a forthcoming beta.
The live TV/DVR lockout/hangs bug fixes were more urgent and got pushed out in 1.11.1.4760 ahead of the SQLITE3 error fix for this issue

Can you tell me if there is still a known issue with this? I’ve been getting it for a few weeks on web and my AppleTVs and FireTVs will not load anything into the “home” menu.

There isn’t
Please ensure [debug logging](https://support.plex.tv/articles/201643703-reporting-issues-with-plex-media-server/#toc-1) is enabled and restart the server and capture logs when you get the error. Please attach the logs zip and an indication of the time of error
