# Error while fetching server details

I’m trying to add a new friend to my plex server. Using a temporary email such as 10 min mail, it works. But when I use my friends email (Gmail account) it is failing and showing “Error while fetching server details”. This happened on different Gmail accounts as well.

Therefore issue is not because reaching a limit. Can someone help ?
