# Extremely long Plex load times on AndroidTV

As of the latest Plex client update for AndroidTV, the Plex app takes an _extremely_ long time to launch. While previously i might be looking at the Plex logo for 1-2 seconds, it now takes upwards of 30 seconds at this loading screen. This is happening on both of my nVidia Shield Pros, and it only began happening as of the latest AndroidTV release.
I’ve tried clearing caches, deleting the app and reinstalling it from scratch etc… but the launch times are still crazy long.
Is anyone else experiencing this?
