# Failed to pull actor list information

Server Version#: 1.29.2.6364  
Player Version#: 1.57.1.3358-5fd2a504

Sometimes the list of actors is incomplete (for example, the main actors are incomplete), even if the metadata is refreshed, the missing actors will not be completed. Only by deleting the movie and re-entering the library can the complete list of actors be pulled.
