Fast-User-Switching - How to create Existing Users with PIN

Hi,
Just got the plexpass and reading through countless of threads which everyone seem to yield different result. Am also refering to these links:

Objective: I want to set PIN in those Existing Plex Users which I’ve added into My Home. These users have their own plex account.

I have 3 users whom all had their own plex account. I’ve recently add them through:

  1. Plex > Users > My home > Add User > Add existing user (should i use this OR managed users since these users all have their own plex account? ) . These users are also sharing library with me.
  2. For my own plex account @ Admin, i am requested to set a pin, which I did.
  3. However, for all the other users which have accepted and added into My home, I can’t set pin on their account.
  4. Reason why I want to set PIN for each users; in any of the players which I’ve designed for individual existing users, I’ve restrict the folder based on their name. HOWEVER, in the players of user A, the person can switch out to user B or C without any PIN.

IF i add as managed users, then PIN can be set BUT these users are not able to login to their own plex account. Is this a design thing?

If you add an existing plex account into your home, the user must set a PIN his-/herself.

Ah ha! This is exactly what i need. It wasn’t clearly documented in those pages I’ve read. Thanks a bunch OttoKerner@ Plex Ninja!
