Feature request: Allow controls from 2nd screen in PS4 iOS app

Not sure if it's something within the control of the app, but currently you can not control the Plex app using the "2nd screen" option for the official Playstation app for iOS. It is possible to control the rest of the Playstation like from the actual controller this way, but as soon as the Plex app launches, it doesn't react to the left,right,up, down controls etc.

That would be very welcome. Can already be done via the SmartGlass App on Xbox One :P

Interesting. Do you use your phone to control the PS4 often? I was totally unaware that this even supported by them PS4 menu system.

Not really the same Eco systems apart from the control app on the iPad fot ps4, sony and 0r android/Apple don't really want there competing devices talking to each other do they, so I'd say that would never happen? Don't think it would be approved by sony, plex is just lucky they approved the app in the first place I suppose :-)

You can control PS4 Netflix from the iOS Netflix app, so that argument is busted allready.

:) You can also Do it with the youtube app on the ipad I realised today and fling the video to the app from the ipad, hopefully the code  :ph34r: working at Plex can fix it up so plex can do the same with there PS4 App as well :-)
