Is there a possibly to add an option to create Plex skin and use them on any device?

There is an [existing request](https://forums.plex.tv/t/allow-gui-design-by-plex-members/276614) for this. Rather than splitting votes over several threads, it’s best to search first, and add your vote and comments to an existing request.
