I am surprised that Plex does not display all the ID3 tag information in the web interface and that the ID3 data is not searchable. I have lots of podcasts that have information about each show stored in the ID3 tag comment field that is currently invisible to Plex. To locate shows that cover a particular topic I use another program (WinCatalog) that imports this data into its database and is all searchable.
