Yes, there is a [How To](https://forums.plex.tv/t/howto-plex-database-modification-moving-media-the-right-wrong-way/126701) and even a [Support Article](https://support.plex.tv/articles/201154537-move-media-content-to-a-new-location/) but both don’t always work (especially keeping edited metadata) - or require many manual steps. Judging from the years of support requests/questions about this topic, there’s enough interest to warrant a renewed look at this. Can’t this be added to the User Interface to make it easier? Pretty please?
