This would make Plex a great tool for analyzing technique in self shot sports footage, and would have other uses as well. Slow motion and even frame by frame playback would be great. ---

We use Plex in our dance school for our rehearsal videos.  Slow motion is a very desirable feature... ---

Yes, I would also like this - would be great to slow videos down (and have playback speed remembered on a file-by-file basis) for learning how to play musical instrument like piano ---

Yearly bump. I recently wanted to see something in slow motion while watching in my home theater. I had to go into my office and use VLC to see it. Came here to see if it had already been requested and found this thread. i LIKE the idea. 🙂 ---

As a coach I would use this as a tool to share videos to all my assistant coaches and even players. Would recommend looking at what HUDL does for their playback. Also the ability to slow-mo the same section over and over again. Ease of use and quick rewind to a specific spot would be awesome! More exposure to PLEX…win win for all. SToGE ---

Yes!! PLEASE!!! Sports shows and paranormal shows require this. Sometimes new action pix have cool special effects that are cool slowed down. ---

I would like to be able to change the speed of playback on Plex down to and including slow motion. Is that not a feature at the moment? If not, is it planned? I’ve seen this question asked before here but never saw an answer. ---
