nekiw, I have the same problem.  I also feel like I've read on this forum people troubleshooting the issue but in a couple quick glances I didn't see anything.  I'm far from an expert but I suspect the issue has to do with PlexConnect's DNS server and/or web server being confused by the VPN altering your private IP to something public. My way around the issue is to start PlexConnect _before_ I start my VPN.  Without the VPN running, as you note, PlexConnect runs fine.  Then, once PlexConnect is running, you can connect your VPN and PlexConnect should continue to run properly. ---

It may well be the routing getting messed up but if you are using a VPN to get round geoblocking is there any reason you cannot switch to a DNS based service instead (these work fine with PlexConnect)? ---

I have the same problem. When using the VPN the script uses the VPN ip address instead of the host machine. There doesn't seem to be a way to configure this in the settings file. ---

It is not a supported configuration. Why do you need to run a VPN? ---
