First of all, above needs to be of a supported type, like mp4, mkv etc.
Ref: [https://support.plex.tv/articles/201426506-why-are-iso-video-ts-and-other-disk-image-formats-not-supported/](https://support.plex.tv/articles/201426506-why-are-iso-video-ts-and-other-disk-image-formats-not-supported/)

2nd, the user that PMS runs under needs access to the file, so if you are running PMS as a service, then check the service user has access

3rd, you should look at the naming of the media, since if not named correctly, you might be lucky finding it with the `Unmatched` filter instead of `Duplicates`

And if still nothing, then make sure your [PMS log](https://support.plex.tv/articles/200250417-plex-media-server-log-files/) level is set to debug, and then do a [Plex Dance](https://forums.plex.tv/t/the-plex-dance/197064) on the movie, followed by uploading a zip with the [PMS logs](https://support.plex.tv/articles/200250417-plex-media-server-log-files/)
