Server Version: 1.41.0.9018
Player Version: nVidia Shield

- Fresh factory reset of nVidia
- Latest versions of Play Store Plex + Plex Server
- Permissions set to Allow

From what I read I would need an admin to help reset my server certificate.
Please help? Thanks!

FIX FOUND:
Installed the Plex Windows app:
[https://www.plex.tv/media-server-downloads/#plex-app](https://www.plex.tv/media-server-downloads/#plex-app)
Ran through the setup, it saw my Shield Server.
Added a few libraries.
Windows app sees and connects to the Shield Server.
Windows Web app (chrome) now sees and connects to the Shield Server.
