To fix:

sudo chmod go+rx /run/media/<USER>/

sudo chmod go+rx /run/media/<USER>/<DISK LABEL>/

sudo setfacl -m g:plex:rx /run/media/<USER>/

and after that:

systemctl restart plexmediaserver
