I would like to have the ability to force direct play/stream on a per user basis. I have some users with older hardware that can’t do direct play/stream, so I can’t just turn off the allow transcoding checkbox. I would also like to have the ability to change remote quality maximum or max streams per user rather than globally. Or at least have a per user override. ---

There’s already a number of similar feature suggestions. Is there any for the other features I’m requesting? Setting remote quality per user or setting max streams per user? Maybe we can just change my request to that instead of the direct play per user. ---
