# Friend lost access to Plex server

Server Version#:1.32.4.7195

One of my friends lost all access to libraies and in attempt to give permissions I get the message “Something vent wrong” - Well, then what do I do?  
In attempt to delete this friend I get the message “Request failed with status code 404”.  
How do I fix thiese problems?

Please send me the username or email address of the affected user per PM.  
If it is the user whose name starts with a T, then he deleted his account a few days ago.

P.S.: are you using the [hosted web app](https://app.plex.tv/)?

[admin edit: mail address removed]  
I’m not using [hosted web app](https://app.plex.tv/)

It isn’t.

As I said above, this user has deleted his account.  
Was this intentional? Or an accident?  
The deletion can be reverted, if necessary.  
The user should have an email in his inbox, containing a link to do just that.
