# Friends profile errors

Hi,

My wife deleted her plex account but then undeleted it within 30 days using a link from an email. Her profile functions OK but when go to look at my friends and click her account it says “Not Found” and there is a notification which says “This link isn’t available or you don’t have permission to view it”.

I was hoping this would resolve itself after a while but the profile still errors.

Her account visibility is for “Everyone” and the other privacy settings are set to “Friends Only”. l’d appreciate any help with this and sorry if I posted this in the wrong section.
