There is a [Feature Suggestions](https://forums.plex.tv/c/general/feature-suggestions) forum where you can post requests (_one_ feature per thread. It’s easier for voting and tracking).

Before posting a request, [please read the instructions](https://forums.plex.tv/t/about-the-feature-suggestions-category/273976), and search to see if someone has already made a similar request. It’s better to add your vote and comments to an existing request than to split votes across several threads.

I’m not sure what you mean by “professional level,” but you should be aware that Plex’s Terms of Service prohibit the use of Plex for commercial purposes.
