I did it but is showing me the same content as plext.tv but with my URL Is not showing the setup library menu. ---

Im using a public ip address, i have it on a VPS out of my network. ---

That solves it 😃 You cannot complete the Plex Media Server installation from outside a local network. This means you’ll need to SSH to the server and establish a tunnel. Best read the [linked support article](https://support.plex.tv/articles/200288586-installation/?_ga=2.241905031.400773280.1604945081-1501374894.1483747943) from above to the very end (see section `Opening the Plex Web App on a Device Other than the Server Itself` \> `On a Different Network`). ---
