Movies my friend and I both have on our own respective servers, Movies that I have watched are marked played on my server as you would expect, but on his server they are marked unplayed… surly if I have played a movie regardless of which platform I have watched it on it should be marked played everywhere. This way I could browse movies he has that I have not watched. ---

> [@Watch status across servers (with same plex account)](https://forums.plex.tv/t/watch-status-across-servers-with-same-plex-account/70257/1): > > I have a couple different servers and a few items are the same on both servers.   If I watch something on Server 1, and that same content is on Server 2 both copies of that content should be marked as watched.   Ultimately this would be a feature either per server or per show.      The other option would be to provide an export watched status script and import script on each server.   This would need to run in an automated fashion at some interval, but not near as clean.   Thanks,     ---
