Ensure to use

- the [hosted web app](https://app.plex.tv/)
- a major web browser with no add-ins or features which aim to block websites
- avoid VPN software

I’ve tried accessing [https://app.plex.tv/](https://app.plex.tv/) on:

- Firefox, Chrome and Safari
- Windows and Mac OS machines
- No VPNs

I still get this:

Is there anything I can look for in the logs?

Is there anything like an advanced Internet filter in your router or at your ISP? Do you use other types of filter appliances, like e.g. Pi-hole etc.?
