Which is a solution for green lines for HEVC or H265 direct play video?

I have read previous topics but have not found a solution. On Android Xiaomi Mi Stick works fine.

Is there is a solution without use third app or buy new TV

Emby same problem but no DD audio
Jellyfin play OK video but no DD audio
KODI play OK video and audio but no server for more user and it is very slow with big library
