As you can see from the screenshot below, I have guide data up through 7PM on June 29th. After that, for the remainer of that Friday, I see only “Unknown Airing;” selecting any other day thereafter gives the “Guide is empty” error.
When I click “Refresh Guide,” it goes through the usual process and doesn’t throw any visible errors. But neither does it load more days. It’s been like this since Sunday; I initially assumed that it didn’t want to load more than five days for some reason, but clearly that’s not the case at this point.
If you just go to Server Settings, there’s a help/troubleshooting section, and you can download the full logs from there. If you upload the zip, I’ll have a look through them. It’s easier than grabbing individual log files

I presume you’ve tried the old reboot and restarting PMS?
The only other thing I can think of is deleting the DVR and setting it up again. If you do that, all of your recordings are remembered, so you don’t lose any of them
Okay, so a restart didn’t fix it; I had to delete the guide altogether.
And now, when I refresh, I get data through Sunday night; after midnight on Monday, I have nothing.
