This patch seems deprecated now that Plex Media Server 1.17.0.1709 contains the API support for linux Nvidia hardware encode & decode, and it seems to function ideally - [Plex Media Server](https://forums.plex.tv/t/plex-media-server/30447/286)

Use keylase’s Nvidia driver library patch to remove the two transcode limit on consumer nvidia cards for a more holistic solution - [https://github.com/keylase/nvidia-patch](https://github.com/keylase/nvidia-patch)
