# Guide ("tv grid") missing from DVR/Live TV

Server Version#: 1.20.0.3181  
Player Version#: 2.58.1076-38e019da  
Tuner: HD Homerun (dual)  
OS: Win10 x64 Pro

After having installed the plex apps on windows PC, I’ve got the liveTV/recording working through network tuner, and the EPG guide appears to be active. However, the GUIDE option, to display traditional “TV grid” style schedule, is not present (see screenshot below).

Per this KB on plex, GUIDE should appear between “WHAT’S ON” and “DVR SCHEDULE” but it’s not present on my plex media player?

oh I did find this post on the topic and followed the instructions:

Settings → Plex Web General and uncheck (if it is checked already) “Remember Selected Tab”

then restarted the PC - no luck, the same issue, no GUIDE present ☹

ok I think i figured it out - it appears that the grid GUIDE is not available in the Plex Media Player, but IS available in standard Plex windows app, browser interface, Roku, etc ☹
