H.265 Video Stuttering on Apple TV 4K

I have a H.265 video file with a MP4 container. Plays fine on the Plex Media Player on the PC but stutters on the ATV4k and Ipad Pro 2018. Note it plays fine on the Ipad if I play it through web browser. See attachment for details of the video file. Thank you

Set up: 2020-04-16_13-31-34
Windows 10 Pro (i7, 32GB Ram, 4TB HD) Running Plex Server.

Server Version#: 1.19.1.2645
Player Version#: 2.16

Did you get any feedback on this topic? I am having same issue Apple TV playing H.265 files from Plex Server which resides on my QNAP NAS Server.

No nothing yet. But from what I understand it is a known issue with flex and if you turn on the “enhanced player” option on the Apple TV Plex app it should fix it. But that feature is currently only for Plex pass customers which I don’t have. If you have it, give it a try and let me know. TY

Thanks for the update. I just checked and it was already checked. Maybe the first H265 file I tried was not good let me try a few more files. I’ll let you know what i find with this option toggled off and on.
