# Hang on start up

OpentPHT hangs on the plex screen on start up. I’ve tried uninstalling then reinstalling. Deleted the roaming folder etc.  
I’m getting an error in the log : 21:34:58 T:6080 ERROR: NetworkService: Couldn’t bind to port 32412: An attempt was made to access a socket in a way forbidden by its access permissions

Any help would be appreciated

I think I’ve fixed the problem,so just posting in case anyone else experiences this.  
I removed the device from the plex media server then opened openPHT and signed in as if I was adding a new device and bingo.  
Not sure what caused this as everything was working quite happily for months.
