Server Version#: 1.43.1.10611-720010611 Player Version#: 1.112.0.359-0d79a49f Hello - have upgraded to Plex Pass several days ago, but am still not seeing option ‘Use hardware acceleration when available’ under [Server] \> Settings \> Transcoder. Running PlexMediaServer on Synology DS220+ - server is claimed by the account with the Plex Pass. Running directly on the server, not in a container. Would anyone know what could be the case here? I would have thought all criteria were fulfilled. Thanks in advance! ---

@FDM80 That problem is specific to systems with Arrow Lake CPUs. @r_w7 Stop Plex Media Server. Wait 2-3 minutes. Start Plex Media Server. That should force it to check in with [plex.tv](http://plex.tv) and verify you have a Plex Pass. If it does not work, pull and post a set of [server log](https://support.plex.tv/articles/200250417-plex-media-server-log-files/) files. ---

Thanks both - turned out to be DNS issues on my end which I have since resolved. The option is now appearing as expected. Appreciate the assistance nonetheless. ---

@wearemazzeri to resolve DNS issues, reboot your modem/router and everything connected to it, including any wireless devices. That should clear any DNS cache corruption that may be causing your issue.
