Server Version#: 1.20.4.3517  
Player Version#: 4.46.2

Hello,

I just bought PLEX PASS. I have enabled “use hardware acceleration if available” and every time I run a PMS video turns off and the server becomes unavailable.  
I saw that there was a topic above but it was fixed by an Intel update in 2019. My hardware is newer.

processeur (CPU) : i7-10710U  
Version : 27.20.100.8681  
Date : 09/05/2020  
OS : Windows 10 pro v2004 19041.630
