# Hardware transcoding with Nvidia : Denying access due to session lacking permission

Server Version#: Version 1.28.2.6151  
Player Version#: Android 9.7.0.34811 and web Player

I have buyed a Quadro P2000 to give a chance to my CPU, I success to install it, the GPU is found by Plex :

PlexMediaServer install: Process Control: systemd  
PlexMediaServer install: Plex User: plex  
PlexMediaServer install: Plex Group: plex  
PlexMediaServer install: Video Group: video  
PlexMediaServer install: Metadata Dir: /var/lib/plexmediaserver/Library/Application Support  
PlexMediaServer install: Temp Directory: /srv/dev-disk-by-label-RAID/plex\_temp/ (set in Preferences.xml)  
PlexMediaServer install: Lang Encoding: en\_US.UTF-8  
PlexMediaServer install: Processor: Intel(R) Core™ i7-4790 CPU @ 3.60GHz  
PlexMediaServer install: Intel i915 Hardware: Not found  
PlexMediaServer install: Nvidia GPU card: Found  
PlexMediaServer install:  
PlexMediaServer install: Completing final configuration.  
PlexMediaServer install: Starting Plex Media Server.  
PlexMediaServer install: PlexMediaServer-1.28.2.6151-914ddd2b3 - Installation successful. Errors: 0, Warnings: 0

When I try to transcod with the option Hardware transcoding enabled the system never stat to transcode. and in the log i can see this error :

Does someone have any Idea ?
