Have been unable to record anything for weeks due to transcoder errors

Yes, all the updates went in fine and required a reboot each time. I will check out the other thread. I have a suspicion that something else was going on. The drivers for the Hauppauge quad HD installed with WinTV 8.5 This program is suppossed to interfer with channel scans if it is installed. I deleted it and all registry entries for it. I deleted Plex and Plex files and registry entries and tried a fresh install after all the updates were put in. I have had PARTIAL success. Plex Media Server Logs_2018-08-06_19-17-18.zip (3.5 MB)

I’ve had the same issue for a few weeks as well. It will record a full program overnight when I’m not streaming or using plex locally or remotely

Am giving up on Plex and hoping either Plex or Microsoft will fix it eventually

I may have found a way to make it work - If I record 2 shows at the same time it will record both. At least today it is doing it. One at a time still has transcoder errors.

This has continued to work. Recording 2 shows at the same time has not has any errors. I just have to delete the extra show I do not want when I am done.
