# Having Issues with Plex Network Upload Spikes

I can’t seem to figure out why I’m getting these consistent network upload spikes every 8 or so seconds which I have never had before. My upload speed is only 10 but in my task manager it stays around 2-2.5 then spikes to like 50 then back down to 2-2.5. Ive tried restarting the server/ restarting plex with no luck. Turned DLNA off and on but same thing. Could someone give me a hand as to what I should look into next?
