Server Version#:1.25.2.5319 Player Version#: Having problem with naming tv episodes. I do everything correct but yet it still shows the incorrect title for the episode. For example everybody.hates.chris.s01.e01 is how I name it and for some it stays like that it doesn’t change to the episode name. Can can someone figure out what’s going on. Never had this problem before. ---

disable “prefer local metadata” in the libraries settings then refresh metadata for that show ---

Still having the same outcome. I’m at a lost as to what to do. Anything will help if you have a solution. I appreciate your time and thank you for trying to help file fix this. ---

Would you guys be able to come up with an update that would fix this. Never had this problem before you guys change how you retrieve metadata. ---
