For the past two weeks I have not been able to update my library. I hit the circular arrow “Update Library” button and it quickly says scanning movies, then it says additional data may be downloading from the internet, then nothing happens. None of my new movies get uploaded. Any ideas? ---

Also when I try to update to install the latest plex update I get sent to a screen that says server settings cannot be accessed ---

Re server settings, try and browse via localhost (or IP). Sign the server out and in again (the sign in feature found under server settings). Re finding issue. There might be an issue somewhere but with that naming/folder structure and the fact that it points to a download folder (Plex should never point to a folder where incomplete files might be found) makes it near impossible to tell for sure. I’d advise you to start organizing our movies as per the guide - [https://support.plex.tv/hc/en-us/articles/200381023-Naming-Movie-files](https://support.plex.tv/hc/en-us/articles/200381023-Naming-Movie-files) - pref via using tools such as Filebot - [https://forums.plex.tv/discussion/191687/plex-naming-schemes-for-filebot](https://forums.plex.tv/discussion/191687/plex-naming-schemes-for-filebot) When all files and folders are correctly structured, and you can reach the settings page while on the latest release of Plexpass, if it then still doesn’t work you can zip all logs (whole folder) and attach here (don’t paste). ---
