Hi, I recently acquired and installed HDHomerun Prime on my network. It functioned as I had hoped for until a recent update. I think I accidentally interrupted an update and it hasn’t worked since. I have tried everything I can think of including the full directory removal for the “clean” reinstall. and I am still at square 1. Playing live TV give the unable to tune channel error, I cannot record anything, I have loaded the HDHomerun app to the PC and can see the video stream from there. Any help is appreciated.
I got the same problem… … i tried all… the guide doesn’t working and it is hanged in “refreshing mode”. No channels showed. Instead the stand alone HDHOMERUN app works fine.
I have the same problem and it is NOT SOLVED!! I even became a beta tester and using the latest Plex Media v1.14.0.5468.
I deleted the DVR and I can’t get that to work again either (reinstalled). The guide circle icon just keeps spinning non-stop!
PROBLEM SOLVED! …I went to settings>apps>system apps of my 2017 Nvidia Shield TV where the PMS is located and deleted BOTH the Cache AND Data! Rebooted the Shield TV and reopened the Plex.tv web app on my laptop and re-setup the server! The guide is currently setting up @18% amount…I now have remote access working which was not earlier!
