After looking for a solution in the forums for a few days, I need to just call for help. My admin/default user has no access to the PMS or libraries. However I can switch to the other user/profiles on my account and they work just fine. Setup: Unraid Docker is the server Players tried: android, windows, firestick, PS5 Players working: Roku TV, only because I could hardcode the IP address of PMS. Network: Unifi Vlans and none work: 1. Main - windows, Android players 2. Iot - PMS, Firesticks, PS5 3. Kids - Android & Windows 4. Remote - Android I have tried resetting customizations and switching between profiles, which worked last time this happened a few months ago. Web browser with direct URL works fine. I have VLAN rules but really liberal for troubleshooting. Plex Server has complete allow access to all VLANs above any block rules. main and Kid Vlans have full access to IOT with return. Only change I made lately was moving access points to Unifi from Omada. Any help would be greatly appreciated. ---

This is driving me nuts. My family can watch their shows on plex but I cannot. The only thing that seems odd, is when I try to reset customizations on any device, it never returns, it just spins and spins. ---
