I just synced a load of photo´s from a recent trip hoping to make use of the extra meta data (geo location) that is in the photos. Plex web is not displaying the photos giving me the error message ¨Cannot convert this item. No conversion profile found for protocol dash.¨ instead. It seems to work ok on my tijzen TV though. Some details about the images General Complete name : /media/nas02/photos/phone/2017-08-23 20.57.30.jpg Format : JPEG File size : 4.78 MiB Image Format : JPEG Width : 5 312 pixels Height : 2 988 pixels Color space : YUV Chroma subsampling : 4:2:2 Bit depth : 8 bits Compression mode : Lossy Stream size : 4.78 MiB (100%) Is this a bug? Is there anything that I can do? Thanks for your help in advance ---

OK, i guess this is not in the right place, could somebody point me in the direction of a thread to put this in so that I can get some help? Web: Version 3.20.5 Server: Version 1.8.4.4249 Happens in Chrome and Firefox, edit to add, my server version is now : 1.9.0.4252 but the problem remains ---

There are numerous other threads, I have posted in all of them but none of them are getting any plex employee attention. It seems that they broke something in the last release but I cannot find a way to report this to the right people. It could be related to bug (#6822) (Photos) Bad data saved inside Exposure EXIF tags could cause analysis to crash They may have broken it while trying to fix it. @keithah, @tobiashieta, @Chris C, @lsteinberg , @timwoj , @StSimm1 ---

A bug in the Plex Web client app treating the photo as a video. This has been fixed internally and will be released soon ---

Thanks @sa2000 however I have just updated to Version 1.9.2.4285 / Version 3.20.5 and it is still a problem, no change. Could you give us a timeline on the bugfix release please? ---

HI @SA2000, Yes i now have Version 3.20.8, I just did a bit of testing at it seems to work as expected now (no problems). I´ll try to break it some more today but it looks good so far. Thank you so much for the update M ---
