# Help diagnosing crashes on Windows 10

Server Version#: 1.22.2.4282  
Player Version#: 8.15.2.24006

Trying to figure out why my Plex server is randomly crashing. From what I’ve googled, maybe something to do with hardware acceleration or running it headless / administering it using Remote Desktop?
