# Help Me - Plex Server not available

Hello, I’ve the problem as in the attachments.  
Each time I must to re-install plex-server, when I restart my PC.  
The problem its just for my local library. My connection is fine

**127.0.0.1** ha rifiutato la connessione.

Prova a:

- Verifica della connessione
- Verifica del proxy e del firewall

All is happened when I reinstalled Windows 10pro, preserving all apps. I didn’t make a clean installation.

So sounds like plex isnt running.

can you post a copy of your [server logs](https://support.plex.tv/articles/200250417-plex-media-server-log-files/) ?

That is a copy of your player log, not the [server log](https://support.plex.tv/articles/200250417-plex-media-server-log-files/) that I am asking for. Can you zip and upload the contents of `%LOCALAPPDATA%\Plex Media Server\Logs`

Just copied 2024 files, all folder was more than 60Mbyte
